Palmerston along with observation bug boxes 1 and 12 visited the Albert Dock for the second 'Steam on the Dock' event. Track was laid alongside the Maritime Museum. Rather than a background of the mountains of Snowdonia, Palmerston and her train had a background of the Three Graces.

As well as the visiting Ffestiniog train, the event featured a variety of steam boats and road vehicles.
