Hadlow Road

In the late 1960s the first country park in the country opened along the former Hooton to West Kirby railway line. In 1973, Hadlow Road station, the first station out of Hooton, was restored to a 1950s condition as park of the trail. The station along with being a visual spectacle also offers a valuable stop off point with public toilets within the station building.
