To celebrate the repainting of Pannier tank 7715 into its London Transport Guise as Number L99, which it carried when working on the underground system between 1963 and 1970. With a former London based Jinty, a former LT engineers goods train with L99 and a LT T stock coach in action, left the event with a London feel with additional steam from Spartan.
